i. The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st Dec. of the year od addmission.
ii. The minimum educational requirements shall be passing of:
Higher Secondary school certificate Examination
Senior School certificate Examination(10+2),per - degree Examination(10+2)
An equivalent with 12 years schooling from a recognized board or university
With Science (Physics,Chemistry,Biology) and English with minimum of 45% aggregate marks (PCBE) for Sc/ST 40%.
Selection of the candidates should be based on the merit of the entrance examination held by University or competent authority.
ADMISSION TERMS & CONDITION FOR POST BASIC B.Sc.(Nursing)
To be eligible for admission to this course , a candidate shall have:
i. Passed the higher Secondary or Senior Secondary or Intermediate or 10+2 or an equivalent examination recognised by the university for this purpose.Those who have done 10+1 in or before 1986,will be eligible for admission
ii. Obtained a cerrificate in General Nursing and Midwifery and registered as R.N.R.M. with the State Nurses Registration of the new integrated course besides being registered as a nurse with State Nurses Registration Council for a similar duration in lieu of midwifery in any one of the following areas:
- O.T. Techniques
- Ophthalmic Nursing
- leprosy Nursing
- TB Nursing
- Psychiatric Nursing
- Neurological and Neuro surgical Nursing
- Community health Nursing
- Cancer Nursing
- Orthopedic Nursing
iii. Candidates shall be medically fit.
Eligibility and Rules for Admission in Physiotherapy
a. The candidate should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or shall complete this age on 31st December of the years his admission, provided that the candidate being admitted to the four year course,should have complete this age on 31st December of the year of his admission to this course.6Months Rotatory internship is to be completed.
b. The candidate should have passed the two years intermediate or equivalent course thereof, with Science subject, with Physics,Chemistry and Biology from a recognized Indian University or Pre-University.(Intermediate Board).
c. The candidate should have passed the B.Sc.(Part-1) Examination of an Indian University as Laid down by the University Grant Commission(UGC).
Note: A student who has passed the B.Sc. Examination with one or more of the subject mentioned at (b) above would be admitted to the Physiotherapy Course if he had passed the remaining subject of the Medical group(Physics, Chemistry & Biology) in the Pre- University/Intermediate examination.
d. The candidate should have secure not less than 45% of marks on the aggregate of the above subject in the qualifying or competitive examination conducted on similar lines as the qualifying examination conducted by a competitive body.*for Schedule Castes/Scheduled Tribes, the minimum marks required for admission shall be 40% in lieu of 45% of general candidates.
e. All the application form will be strictly checked in the office, which should carry all the required information mandatory of which are date of birth, basic qualification marks obtained and percentage, religion and category certificate.
f. Last date of submission is dully filled application form should reach or submit to the federation office or all designated college.
g. Admission will be strictly as per Govt. norms following the rules of Rajasthan University of Health Sciences. (Medical University)
